    He came over to help with a broken plastic clip for my roller blind — an old part that wasn’t repairable and was very hard to find. Even though it was tricky and the part was outdated, he didn’t give up. He took the time to find the right replacement, ordered it, and came back to fix everything properly.

    From start to finish, he was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely caring. He wasn’t just someone doing a home service job — he felt more like a friend who truly wanted to help and make sure the problem was fully sorted. Great attitude, very positive energy, and excellent workmanship.

    I had the pleasure of meeting Tony today.

    I had 5 jobs to be tackled, hanging a head board on the wall with a bracket, fixing two holes in the floor made by a plumber, hanging a small wall unit and finally hanging a mirror.
